I posted about this on HBO, but never got any response about it. Can’t say I expect one here, on the official Halo forum, but I digress.
If you try to “View Leaderboards” on HaloWars.com stats, you’ll get an error page. And the Leaderboard results provided in-game are hella-old (ie, they’re no longer getting updated). Which leads me to assume the the services for tracking the Leaderboards are either borked-borked-borked…or intentionally offline (remember when MS was going to pull the plug on Halo Wars stats?).

You can view leader board from the game (Main Menu > Multiplayers > Leaderboards if I recall it correctly).
The leaderboard in www.halowars.com is working about half of the time. Try again few hours later, it may work. Game stats are sometimes delayed hours or even days. Sometimes they just do not appear at all.
Well, I know you can view the leaderboards in-game. As I said in the OP:

E.g., the results provided in-game say my 1v1 skill level is 2, having played 1 game. However, I spent a good amount of time playing 1v1 about 9 months ago. The same thing is happening with SPC Lifetime. It says my score is ~748k however, that’s far from the actual number of any-one difficulty, let alone the total scores of all difficulties.

page since at least the initial HBO post I made about this issue (5/23, today being 5/26).

The trueskill related leaderboards were reset for everyone not too long ago. This was done in hope of giving newer players more incentive to rise to the top of leaderboards, and to encourage older players to start playing again. This is why you are back to a low TS again, not because the leaderboards aren’t getting updated. Wins Lifetime and possibly the campaign scores (not too sure about them) were not reset this time.
The leaderboard online at halowars.com does sometimes give that error message, but occasionally it works.
