Bug for wrong email being entered is still not fixed; literally cant enter the game

so while playing the flight I ran into a bug with steam that I entered my microsoft account wrong, and it softlocked me out of the game. i submitted 2 tickets since one got incorrectly marked as something else and i was told it was “fixed” while that wasn’t true. I entered everything I did into the second ticket making sure not to mention authorization since that was a common and easily fixable bug, but mine wasn’t.

Now that the game has been released, the same bug is still present, and I can’t even enter the main menu. please, 343, fix this. I literally can’t play the game, and it’s something attached to my steam account.

Same exact issue. In googling, this problem has existed for Microsoft logins since 2018. WTF Microsoft?

Sitting on the same menu, same issue. ticket open. where’s support? why when i google this issue does it exist in minecraft in 2018?

I know this will be a frustrating answer, but posting here on the forums won’t do anything to get bugs like this fixed. it needs to be reported on the Halo Support site
