Title self explanatory. I beat the Halo reach campaign on MCC in under 3 hours on legendary yet I didn’t get the achievement, nor did I unlock the banner. Is this some kind of cruel joke? The game did save the time as I can see it on the in-game leader boards: 2 hours and 33 minutes. can provide screenshots if needed.
Try running through one of the missions again. This seems to make the game register it.
