The Silver pack description is:

However, I have stopped receiving Vehicle certifications in Silver packs even though I have the following 5 Common vehicle certifications missing:
Corp Mongoose
ONI Mongoose
Tundra Mongoose
Urban Mongoose
Woodland Mongoose
Also, the following Common rarity Battle Rifle has not been unlocked despite me receiving 1500 pt REQ cards:

I have read about this problem occurring for others. Is there any chance we can fix this bug please 343?
I don’t want to be buying Bronze packs as there’s no guarantee I’ll unlock them. Only Silver and Gold packs guarantee unlocks.

Edit: Someone has suggested that I’m missing the Battle Rifle above because it should have been included in the promotion REQ pack I should have received when I reached Spartan Rank 3, however, I never received that pack. I think company commendations increased my experience so much that I was promoted through spartan ranks 2-4 whilst I was on a break from the game so I missed the REQ packs that came with the promotions. See this thread.
The only way to get them is in bronze packs. I am level 146, and just bit the bullet trying to get some base railguns and ended up getting the missing mongoose commendations. They are pretty useless and i had no need for them, but if they are important to you, buy the bronze packs.

Thanks Matador. I’ve seen you post similar in other threads on the issue but I thought I’d post it here as well as I think it may be a bug or oversight that 343 need to know about so they can hopefully correct it.
Not sure what the rules are in this particular forum regarding keeping threads about bugs like this visible for the forum team to see.
Any advice from a mod would be appreciated, e.g. how often am I allowed to post/bump.

So, you’ve never called in a Mongoose on Summit to escape a spawn trap? Or to spawn into the Fortress as the defender?

You’ll probably never get an official response. I made a topic about the x5 promotional packs for 10 Firefight Victories and didn’t even manage to get clarification.

No, never have, I have spawned gungooses. I don’t play WZA.

That req has also not unlocked for me! I have everything except that req card. I don’t get why it isn’t unlocking and all I get are points in gold and silver packs now. 343 won’t fix it and it’s frustrating. Do you get it only in bronze or another way or is there a glitch for some people?

Some people have reported unlocking the Mongooses by opening Bronze packs but they should be appearing in Silver packs too but aren’t for some reason.
I don’t want to open Bronze packs as there’s no guarantee it’ll unlock them, just a chance they will. I hope 343 fix this bug.
343 can you please unlock my SR 2 pack? I do not have the elementary emblem or the common battle rifle and I would really like to get those please!!!
