i think we need buffs to the SMG and brute plasma rifle
And go back to being sprayed at midrange with the SMG, no thanks. The SMG nerf put it just in the right place as a pure CQC weapon instead of being able to pepper at midrange. No at least the AR and SMG have distinct roles.
First the brute plasma rifle should be thrown out of all ranked modes, definitely doesn’t belong there. Then the buff would be very welcome as it’s very difficult to kill a spartan with just a plasma rifle.

Brute plasma I agree it’s too op not as much as it use to be but still there.
the SMG though needs a buff. Not to where it was but it needs something. It’s completely useless now where the Ar will beat it at close range due to the headshot multiplier. No one picks it up
Plasma rifle definitely could use a buff. Overheats too fast.
Smg is completely useless. Should have smg starts instead of assault rifles now tbh
SMG does need a buff, but they’re done with doing weapon updates.

If a buff does happen, the SMG needs to be somewhere between the Shotgun and Assault Rifle. That would be just about right for its intended role.
