Buff the Brute Plasma Rifle?

Now after the update, I have given the Brute Rifle a go and I sadly I have to say…it is pretty dreadful, I know it is a shield tearer but the fact it takes a full burst or even more makes the TTK awful, many attempts to kill a spartan with it is nearly impossible and the only times i did get a kill is when a spartan was near death or I had the REQ lvl 2 of the gun.

I never thought the Brute Rifle was “OP” in the first place and felt like it should be reverted or buffed a bit cause when you try doing the commendation for the gun, it is perhaps the hardest grind to make.

This is just my side of the update and I liked to hear other’s thought on the changes.

There’s a Weapon Tuning thread pinned at the top of the forums. Might wanna use that. And while the weapon’s damage output left much to be desired, the nerf was necessary since the Brute Plasma Rifle could literally punch its way through the opposition with little effort (like a red boxing glove).
