It is unlockable with REQ packs and usable in Warzone.
There are soem unquie gun, like the nornsomthing, a epic sniper I found in campain that’s also a legedary?/Epic? sniper.
It’s neat they’ve really added alot, like the shagelli bro’s red sword is also attainable in req packs.

Actually, its more of the tactical magnum.
Aaaaand, I just realized this thread is a year old…
I think the difference is that the req has a silencer (hence the whisper part of the name) while the campaign does not. Maybe it is just called truth?

I am with this guy, do not revive threads.
His pistol in the cutscene is the gunfighter magnum.
When you revive an extremely old thread and then answer it with the wrong answer is simply heartbreaking to me.
Buck is holding a gunfighter magnum in the cutscene the OP was talking about
