I’ve seen a lot of talking about a new Johnson or similar personality. Honestly i believe buck will fill the same role of witty quips and so on. We have already seen in in the trailers and the way he interacts with Locke.
I could see that but nothing will ever replace Johnson. He knows what the ladies like. Buck is just that comic relief character.

Well Buck is the most likable guy in the game so far…not saying the best but like Johnson he is a warrior but also funny

The only time I ever got the feels in Halo games was when Johnson Cortana and Noble Six Died.
I think Buck will be the most likeable guy as well, so I guess he’ll be like Johnson in that respect.

Haha I’m reading First Strike and all those badass Johnson moments are AMAZING!
I refuse to think Buck is the new Johnson. Cuz the possibility of Buck dying in Halo 6 would then be very possible.
