I believe that Buck is on Locke’s team in the new halo 5 poster. I bet Nathan Fillion is back in H5. I base this on the ODST Spartan armor that the far right Spartan is wearing. The Spartan is also wearing the same knife Buck wore on his ODST armor in Halo Recon (I mean ODST). That has to be him Yo!
Check that verse the ODST clad Spartan in the far right of the poster. its the same knife!
Theories of who is who are everywhere! Names such as Macer, Tanaka, Romeo and Buck are rising in speculation–3 out of these 4 should be in Locke’s team. I highly think that the characters are Buck in the ODST armor, Romeo in that new set, and Tanaka in that -Yoink!--looking piece exoticness.

The same could be asked of Macer. Why introduce a new character that survives through an ordeal and develops a relationship with Locke, and the allude to the fact that they might become Spartans if you don’t plan on following up with that?

I think that as well. . . . Maybe it’s a situation similar to Forward Until Dawn; maybe Macer will make a later appearance? I’m not sure . . . It’s all very ambiguous, and answers will only come with time. Too bad we have to wait. All this hype built up and now it’ll settle down until E3 comes along and gets the blood pumping again.

Funny
We only completed the poster a couple days ago and already I’m getting tired of ‘‘Buck’’ threads.
Just imagine in the game if there would be 7 players in the campaign at the same time ( Blue Team + 3 friends ). How epic would big battles be!? I’m very interested to see how the story goes on throughout the campaign, I really hope buck is back because I loved his voice in ODST.
I believe that is most definitely Buck from ODST.

More people are picking up on the idea that buck is rocking the ODST Spartan armor. I think the knife is a pretty clear sign that it is him.

Not sure if it’s buck who was recorded, you do not have to be a hardcore lore fan to know him. If it were buck, he would have probably have his lines already recorded as he is thought to be a main character. (i’m assuming this is the case)
I could be wrong though.
With Frankie’s tweet, I’m putting my guess on Fillion.
That better be Buck! I mean come on, it is so obvious! I just hope that ODST armor shown is unlockable with in Halo 5.
