I, on these forums, have been against Pro being mixed in with Infinity and against Objectives being put into BTIS. Long story short, I do not oppose such moves any more.
Pro can stay because so few actually like it, it would be Yoink awful for it to be in a stand alone play list. I’ll back out of a lobby when it gets voted when I’m not in the mood for Pro but, it can stay in BTIS. I do like Pro now, though.
As for Objectives, bring it on. I’m looking forward to it now.
As long as there re Infinity and Pro versions of Slayer to vote for and Infinity and Pro versions of Objectives, I’m with that!

Unfortunately for those in that thread, reality is different in the voting patterns online MM. As most often is the case, the forum majority doth not represent the playing majority!
The facts are that, when:
Three maps in the voting lobby are Pro, some leave straight away and more do so when the game commences.
When two options are Pro and one Infinity, the vast majority of time, Infinity wins.
When two options are Infinity and one Pro, the vast majority of time Infinity wins.
And when three options are Infinity, well…duh!

Objectives, on the other hand, I have absolutely no interest in whatsoever. If they start mixing CTF and Grifball into Big Team Slayer it’ll just mean a lot of backing out of lobbies for me.
Let’s not be silly here…
IBTS is an Infinity playlist, of course players are going to vote Infinity settings. Everybody that is a ‘Pro’ supporter plays in playlists that are more suited to their needs (Like… Throwdown, Doubles, Snipers, Rumble Pit, etc…)
Just to add, I vote for the best map, not the settings, when it comes to BTB as I believe it is more important due to the nature of the playlist.
