We are not quitters no matter how one sided any match becomes, but for the love of all that is Halo we cannot not stomach CTF any more. So much as that we have begun avoiding our favorite mode, BTB.

“We quit the halo app” … When matched with a team already. " we are not quitters" then what are you? You make ctf worse for others if you don’t even bother given them a game or even worse, leaving your team mates with a broken team.

I am quite aware. My friends and I want it to be SEPERATED from slayer.
Map voting or a veto system would be the solution, but not with 343i.
BTB CTF is Sooo fun when your team knows what an analog stick is.

With all of us leaving they are matched with another team jackhole. Eight leaving forces a new game altogether. We don’t inconvenience the other players except for them having to reload another match. One minute versus us playing twenty of which we HATE. I merely ask on behalf of my colleagues and I that we not be forced into a game we loathe when vying for that which we love. Historically BTB has never included CTF in Halo, lest ye specifically select CTF. If you like CTF awesome. We just want it seperated from our preferred mode as should you being a flag fan. Being a favorite seems logical it would be worthy of It’s own playlist.
I almost allways defend in BTB CTF it can be abit boring waiting in the flag room at times, but the reward you get when the enemy grabs flag and you kill them is worth it imo.

That’s just downright wrong. CTF was in btb in halo 2 and 3. I don’t remember off the top of my head about reach, but I would guess it was there as well.
edit I checked and it was in reach. Think I’m trying to blot out the hemorrhage version of blood gulch.

CTF is a staple of BTB. Halo 2, Halo 3, Halo Reach, Halo 4, and Halo CE. And in MCC as a result of CTF being in the games’ initial releases. It was actually the other way around. You would have had to pick a BTB Slayer playlist, which is actually not normally available unless you almost exclusively played Halo 4.
As an objective game fan I’ve always advocated a separate objective BTB mode (which in Halo 5 is near useless, it only had 2 objective game modes, and now still only has 3) I feel this has more to do with your own agenda of hating CTF and you’re pushing everyone to play your way. I’m guessing because now you can’t do it in game without a voting stage.

Hmm… My mistake. Last one I recall clearly was Halo 4 being the most recent. I know my friends and I played BTB all night into the wee hours without CTF interruption. Perhaps we did unanimously vote it away. I was wrong my apologies.

I assume nothing. We all chorus with disapproval when it pops up. As well as many who aren’t our friends. Hows about you follow your own advice?
