im on board with this 343 just add BR starts to the BTB rotation just having a BR game 1/4 times will be better then never

I don’t even get why half the people are responding to this thread. OP is clearly biased and even if you threw the most concrete evidence at them they’d still find a way to either ignore it or hide behind their own rhetoric. It’s all just a BR -Yoink!- and nobody has any intention of changing their minds. Both sides just want to feel right. Bait teir discussion.
because I’m explaining what the problems with BTB are, I’m M1sta Wu1fy, and if someone is worse than me they’re really bad at the game because I’m mediocre at best. I’ve answered all these things over and over and asking for more elaboration is off topic.

Definitely needs Br starts. I’d love for the AR to become more of a mid tier power weapon. Make it like the saw abs a beast but not everyone has. That way it has more of a purpose besides trying to mix it’s roles when it doesn’t need to.
The range on the AR is insane but the damage isn’t great on anything but Spartans. The headshot and no descope is also annoying. It just needs to stick to a cqc weapon without the range and headshot benefits.
The br allows for better teamwork off spawns, spawn traps, to push back vehicles and easier to teamshot. The AR is not equipped for long ranges in btb against good teams.
The BR should be the starting weapon, and then make it not shoot as far, remove hitscan or have the damage heavily drop of past a certain distance. There’s ways to balance it so that it fits.
Plus the whole “well nobody moves around the map or picks up other weapons” is such a weak argument. Every halo with BR starts never had that issue. Everyone still went for power weapons, vehicles or weapons that contribute to the gameplay.
Like I said BR starts is a MUST for this game especially for btb

The first video I watched had false information and someone in the comments even called you on it. 
You are in the minority. Most of us have preferred BR starts since H2 and the awful SMG. Halo 3 AR was garbage.
However, AR starts in BTB are fine considering it’s the most casual game mode outside of infection or Grifball. Not everyone gets into BTB to sweat like M1sta Wu1fy here or Mint Blitz. lmao

You can relax even better when you have a BR to help you fight all the snipers that are getting free montage clips off of people with ARs

Yeah I’ve died to players because they had a BR and all I had was the sidekick and I couldn’t fight back. It felt so cheesy how I died.

its funny, because he’s not even being sweaty when he does. He’s just a really good shot and plays the game so much he knows every little physics trick you can do and where/how to do it
I know. I’ve only played him once on Mcc reach snipers and I was using mnk and that was then I realized how op controller is on halo but that’s a different topic

the AR, what we currently have. At least I can kill things with this and not get sniped the moment I spawn like any other BR start mode.
