Will there be an exclusive BTB Objective playlist? I find plain old Slayer boring at times. Anyone else like to see this?
I’ve ALWAYS wanted this. I feel Slayer isn’t enough for an entire, long, BTB game. People should be focussing on two things (Slayer and the objective) to make it less boring, add more variety, and make it more fun.
I hope there’s an objective exclusive BTB playlist.
That would definitely be nice. I support this idea! Especially with the larger focus 343i is putting on BTB, it would only make sense to break it up into slayer and objective. My only concern would be population, though. BTB maintains one of the largest populations in Reach, but breaking it up would lower that. Hopefully Halo 4 maintains a high enough population that this wouldn’t matter.
I would prefer just one great BTB playlist with both slayer and obj

‘Infinity Big Team’ has been confirmed in the last video which showed the playlists. It is still unknown whether they are placeholders or what, but there didn’t seem to be any normal BTB playlist, which disappoints me.
I really don’t want all these separate playlists each having their own gametype.
This is just a case of if it isn’t broke don’t fix it
Apparently the game type Dominion is kinda like a BTB objective game, where you build up a base as the game goes on. Something like that. I’m sure I heared they are making an exclusive playlist for objective BTB in the Waypoint Exclusive Multiplayer video? I may be wrong, but I know I’m right in saying this… Dominion looks awesome.
I would love to see a BTB Objective. They are usually a lot better then the standard Slayer matches.

Agreed i dont want to play infinity btb with personal ordnance drops
We need 2 BTB playlist
Normal BTB slayer and obj NO PERSONAL ORDNANCE DROPS
INFINITY BTB personal ordnance drops

And for the love of god please don’t make an Infinity Big Team playlist, horrible idea. Infinity slayer needs to be an occasional gametype in Big Team, or only in an Infinity slayer playlist.

If it meant people actually playing for the objective rather than turning it into slayer, then yes, I would very much like this.
They did this for Halo 2 and it was a lot of fun. We definitely need this if they bring back the voting system, because voting in Reach makes BTB into a defacto BTB Slayer playlist.

But 343 is going to make everyone try it even if we don’t want it
remember bro slayer game types Soooooo bad but they made us try it…
if BTB is only infinity ill be pissed. i was going to avoid all mosed with personal ordinance, and BTB is my fav playlist. i swear if there isnt a playlist that has some objective and no Pordinance ill be pissed

I think it would be nice to have a seperate playlist for objective gametypes, but I wouldn’t complain if it wasn’t there.
If not, then I would like to see a greater emphasis on obj. games in the voting system, across a more wide variety of maps. You can only play Big Team Slayerhege so much (I personally like BTB Heavies on Crag :))
