BTB has been working for me. So I’m not sure what the issue would be with you, especially if you’re able to hop into a Slayer match just fine.
I can only Speak for USA when I say it works perfect
I can’t find matches in BTB either and other playlists are working fine for me. Very strange and irritating because I like BTB a lot.

You’re not alone. They tinkered with the servers about 2 weeks ago and it has never been the same since. Are you outside of America? Seems the only people having this issue are those outside of America like EU, UK etc.
343 have acknowledged the problem but I don’t know if and when it will be fixed. Apparently the way it was supposed to work after the changes was that it was meant to first look for players in your region and if none could be found it then looks for other players worldwide. What seems to be happening is it’s only doing the first half and then timing out saying player can’t be found.
I’m in the UK myself and it is very frustrating. The only way I can be guaranteed matches, especially outside peak hours, is to play with my American friends whose servers seem to be largely unaffected. What they’ve basically done is region locked the servers for a ton of players. Like I said they’ve acknowledged it over on reddit (absolute joke, they should be commenting on the support threads on their own site first and foremost) so hopefully they fix it soon. I miss being able to play BTB on my terms.

I am having the same problems, im also from the UK .the problem seems to be present in the EU, Australia and some places in Asia. Was playing with a guy from Germany earlier and he couldn’t find a BTB game either. I hope they fix this soon and as you said it’s a joke that they have acknowledged it on the reddit forums but not on their own. If they don’t fix it soon the player population in these countries will surely start to decline, which will just make the problem worse
