BTB Maps

I’m sorry but the maps seem botched.

The lack of textures in Guillotine gives me the impression playing Toy Story… It literally looks like a sketch. Deadlock has a layout way too simple, there’s not enough elements, covers spots. Basin and Recurve aren’t as bad, but again, they don’t have that polished touch BTB maps always had.

I know they’re all Forge maps, but I think 343 could’ve finished the work a little bit. For a game mode that big, they should have studied these maps as much as they did with Regret in The Sprint: Season 1 in my opinion.

No clue what PC games have to do with any of this seeing as how any decent PC could play something far better than Halo 5.

To the OP from what I have been told its because the major forge users wanted simple texture to make their maps. They got what they wanted.

I wouldn’t say that the maps themselves are botched, rather than the forge items they were allowed to use are botched. Texture is so weird looking and silly. Like honestly you would get a better looking texture if you went over it all with crayon.
