Does anybody have a word on this? That forge texture stuff was mind blowing, and I was wondering if they’re going to update all of the previous BTB maps with said textures? It would make the maps look a million times better, especially maps like Boulevard.
My confidence on 343 remembering something like that isn’t very high either. Hopefully the cartographers have contacted 343 on that by now (and hopefully end up adding maybe 2 more maps, eh?)
I especially want to see what Boulevard looks like as well.
All we can do is stay optimistic for something like this, but I wouldn’t expect too much with 343s track record
It might only get the upgraded base textures from the get-go.
Unless they contacted every cartographer and brought them into the studio, that is. The cartographers would need to have the tools in their hands before they can make the changes to the maps.
This might not take that long to do, though. Unless 343 opted to do it themselves.

One can only hope so. There’s sooo many good BTB forge maps out there, they really should add more.
Also, it wouldn’t take them that long to update the maps. Just use multi-select. They could probably update ALL of the BTB maps within a couple hours.
