BTB Join In Progress removed?

So I just played a 3v8 on the losing side.
Why did anybody think removing JIP for BTB was a good idea?
Sure it’s an Arena gamemode but that doesn’t mean JIP was on every Arena match.

I haven’t had more than 3 people quit out of any BTB match yet, and usually it wont happen like that. But no they probably are trying not to include JIP because the people who join in will get destroyed and be enraged that their KD or WL percentages went down. Once they make social playlists (which they said they were going to) then they will probably have JIP.

Pretty much this. You join a losing match in progress? Doesn’t count towards your W/L.

Exactly that, if they’ve removed jip from BTB I’m kind of happy, not for you, I hope the ones asking for it to be removed go into that scenario in the OP, jip is needed in BTB,
