The game is still young. They will be releasing more and more content. Think of it this way. Once all the x-mass ppl jump on the Halo bangwagon you will have a head start on all game type and maps. Plus they are only going to release newer stuff. Maps playlist the works! all in due time

I agree. I went in hoping it would feel like cl-Yoink-ic BTB CTF Valhalla. Boy was I disappointed. I mean I know these are professionally forge made maps, but it felt so off and awkward. And the spawning was terrible. I was spawnkilled by snipers and scorpion tanks multiple times. Not a big fan of Halo 5 in general but honestly this did not feel like the BTB I was hoping for.

Maps are pretty bad.

I really hope Basin isn’t THE Valhalla/Blood Gulch remake and that there is a real one in the works. I doubt it though.

Between the bad graphics (in campaign & non-forge maps too), and lack of content this game is turning out to be pretty dissapointing.

Really really badyoink you mean… it is fun to play and that is all that really matters to me. I buy video games to have fun and btb is awesome.

You should be able to pick the precise spot you would like to spawn. Why have they yet to figure this out yet?
I make maps, you can put neutral spawns everywhere.

Some of the maps on BTB are really odd. It feels like that level on Mario 64 where you can play the same board at two different sizes (small mario, and mega mario, the level with the volcano). Now we are mega mario. I can’t wait for new non-forge maps, or larger forge maps for BTB.

I have very mixed feelings about BTB on this game. Aside from the Ghost, I dislike the other vehicles, and people rarely seem to use them!

I hope you’re kidding. Have you tried to drive a wart hog on the -Yoink- rendition of Standoff? The hills are so steep you can’t drive smoothly anywhere. It’s atrocious. Why even spend the time to do something like making old maps for btb of they all are so incredibly bad. Also, visuals are a big deal. It’s not a pleasant experience playing the horrendous btb maps.

i jump in a vehicle every chance i get - even if it’s burning. the gungoose is awesome fun.

I don’t like the BTB forge maps at all and I’m really trying to like them. That being said forge isn’t the problem, the Halo reach forge maps for BTB were a lot better than these four but it’s the first four so hopefully they get better at making the map flow with the new game mechanics and better maps in general. I honestly think it was a failed attempt to get us excited for forge mode.
