Cant even get close to a match now, it just says unable to connect straight away or I get that bug which spams me with the unable to connect message forcing me to close the game.
When is this getting fixed? Two weeklies i haven’t completed now.

Worth persevering if you can as the splatter backdrop is nice
Dec 17th: Unfortunately, the complex nature of this problem, coupled with the impending holidays, means we will be unable to resolve this issue for at least a few more weeks. Work continues as possible but with upcoming closures and dependencies – and a critical need to ensure the team has adequate time to recharge after a tough year – we are targeting a patch in January. This issue is a top priority and we hope to have updates to share once everyone is able to re-engage after the break.

That’s a shame, hopefully theres no good weekly rewards during this period as I physically cant get into BTB anymore sand I’m saving my challenge swaps for good weeklies like armor and visors

glad to see i’m not the only one sitting there for 5 minutes waiting for it to start a BTB game, only to press OK on that stupid prompt a bunch of times and then it locks the game and i have to quit out of the game and restart it.

Only two weeks? Lucky you, it’s been an issue for over a month now 
Connecting… > Loading other Players > Disconnected from lobby > repeat.
Me for 45 minutes before actually getting into a match, then I have to pray even harder that I’m not thrown into a 4v4 in BTB.
What’s worse is now I have to wait and cycle thru matches waiting for one with vehicles to get this weeks challenge done. Woulda taken 1 or 2 matches, now it’s gonna take probably a couple hours. I’m pretty sure there is only one 4v4 map that has vehicles
Speaking for myself, it only takes a couple minutes for me to fight the whole “Disconnected From Lobby” before I get in a game that sticks and am able to play. I don’t even get disconnected from the ones I do join.
The main problem I have is when some of these games can turn into 6v11 games or worse but I was able to complete all my Challenges even when I was just playing BTB the whole time - including the Weekly Ultimate.
But I do want a fix for the current matchmaking issues to come out as soon as possible as I recognize I’m one of the lucky ones in this regard.
Then lose teammates who don’t get replaced by folks waiting

#1. We need more maps. Tired of playing the same maps over and over. ( We Need forge! )
#2. Need to have a better map list.
#3. Tired of playing the same damn gametypes over and over.
Example: Played Stronghold 4 times in a row!! WOW!!
Play Fiesta and leave until you get launch site or behemoth.
I believe Fiesta has more vehicle spawns which should make it easier.
