What are these, i heared about it on b.net and i really need to know
These are some of the expected changes set to take place in the March Matchmaking update. Both of these are brand new playlists.
BTB Heavies (I assume) is precisely what it sounds like: Big Team Battle variants with lots of vehicles and heavy weapons. Since it’s a completely new playlist, it’s likely to feature TU settings, sans bleedthrough.
Super Slayer is their reaction to the Team Slayer voting data they gathered during February. Instead of making Team Slayer strictly vanilla or TU, they’re making two separate playlists - TS is vanilla, and Super Slayer is TU, again without bleedthrough. It is otherwise identical to Team Slayer.

EDIT: Nevermind, heavies is simply an additional variant that they’ll add to the Big Team Battle playlist, alongside the other BTB gametypes and maps. So it will be TU. Apologies for the misinformation.
Can’t wait to see the cluster–Yoink- hemorrhage turns into.

As far as I know, BTB Heavies were just being added to Big Time Battle as new gametypes & maps, not a whole new playlist.

Heh. Me too.
But it will be better than its current incarnation. Right now, if you don’t manage to get the sniper or wraith right off the bat, your chances of having fun are basically zero.

You won’t be seeing Heavies on normal Hemm.
