So after numerous times this topic has been communicated, I got this week 3 BTB challenges while the playlist isnt working correctly.
I am not asking for fixing the playlist, this might take some time (still hoping for sooner than later). But removing btb challenges from the random list of challenges cant be that hard.
How many of your BTB games out of ten are failing to connect?
If I play alone 50% fail to connect. Of those 50% that do connect i would say 30% will be broken because the teams are like 12 players vs 8 or sth. similar.
If I play in a 4 player fireteam I would say 90% of the games wont work, or one of our members wont be able to join, has no HUD etc.
I have tried everything and I still don’t understand this. I removed the HD texture pack in order to get this bounty done without getting quit banned for searching see how that goes. The pro’s are doing that after the event. Maybe the officials wouldn’t let them play on stream without the texture pack during hcs Raleigh?
I was playing with a friend who has fios. I have an optimal setup with high end fiber 5 ms to my head end in my region. My friend with fios was on xbox one and I am on a pc with a 30 series gpu and he was telling me he doesn’t have a problem searching. Igotgodhostgetgudkid and I was trying to tell him. Look on the forums. He responded by saying “but I get a game every time I search.” What are you smoking you need to share! This went on for a couple hours. I ended up reminding him he is a boomer he will die before me.
I play halo to play btb. This is killing me they won’t have a population before they fix this.
Ps if you hit back on controller or tab on pc while you are supposed to load you can see what gametype you are loading into with the time. If the time is over 2 mins or at 1 min and something it will not load you into the game. There is no join in progress for after a couple mins, it will fail every time. On the off chance you get a loading screen it will bounce you out and put a mark against you. Enough of stuff like this and you will get quit banned. I’m on my fifth ban.
These problems dont have anything to do with settings on your side. 343furries f-ed something up, they already addressed it but wont do anything until mid January.
It’s been more like a month and a bit since BTB was broken, not a generous 3 weeks haha.
Its incredibly embarrassing that this has been an issue for this long with nobody even looking into it.
The “Holidays” is a laughable excuse. Pay a team double time to look into the issue and fix your broken game.
Indeed, this is quite embarrassing. If the shop didnt work properly, would you think they might put in some overtime? What do you think? 
I would bet my last penny on that.
