Okay I have had too many unfair bans now and have decided to just do a thread to see if anyone else can relate and see if these issues can be fixed.
My most recent ban is for 3 hours, for what? For no reason I was playing infection and all the sudden I get disconnected or something from the game with the message saying “Your fireteam has been changed” or something along those lines when I was not even in a group with anyone else and I did not quit or do anything wrong. I am getting extremely frustrated at the ban system right now as I’m not big on Warzone all I play is Arena and now I cannot for the rest of my day which I wanted too.
I am mostly concerned over my ban time going up each time I get a BS ban I really hope that one day it doesn’t ban me for a day if the time never resets then the ban system is just complete crap in my opinion.
I would like whatever I just explained about being banned for ‘fireteam change’ to be fixed also I would like to add if this isn’t the case already (I am not sure) If you do not get a ban for a certain amount of time maybe 2 weeks for example for the time for being banned to reset.

i briefly went through your game history and counted about 1 DNF per day. this is why your ban time long and getting longer. from what ive gathered since the game came out theres really no way for the servers or ban system to tell if a dnf is from quitting or from disconnects. but even if there was, whos to say the player isnt intentionally doing the disconnects to quit games with out getting penalized.
but i agree. i got banned for the 2nd time yesterday, my own fault tho. i accepted what i thought was a chat party inv but it was a game inv and it booted me from the game. was able to play 1 more game until the bannhammer struck

After this BS arena ban I go right onto warzone after writing this thread putting by legendary RP boost on and then I get the same crap ‘Fireteam change’ bug and lose my boost I’m done this is just stupid now
They seriously need to fix this ban system, if people need my help in the real world, I have to quit the game and go help them. My real question is, why have a ban system at all, especially for quitting. If it were my choice I would ban people for betraying other players and for it to notice when it’s on purpose or just an accident. But overall if they don’t fix this, then I’m just not going to play the game anymore. I’ve been a Halo fan since I was 9 years old, I’ll be 21 this year. 343 please make everyone happy for once by going back to old game settings and bringing back splitscreen. I hope that waiting for Halo 6 isn’t going to be a dissappointment when it comes out!
