BS Angel, the community manager for 343 Industries made a statement a few hours ago regarding all of us on the forums and around the world freaking out about this Game Informer leak.
She stated “I cannot comment on rumors or speculation. As Frankie mentioned though, things will be explained and clarified soon.”
What do you make of this? Are the leaks real, or fake?
They seem real to me, but I’m hoping that they’re not.
An official response which verifies or refutes these leaks would be nice though.
They’re real and they’re not leaks some people have issues of GameInformer already. Youtube is your friend.
They’re real. There’s no doubt about that. All I want to know is “Is there a classic multiplayer section without all of this crap they’ve added?”.
They are real and 343 obviously has no idea how to react the the extreme hate in the community. I guess they thought every one would like it, not hate it. Just like with CEA they should have showed us stuff much earlier so we could tell them if this was the direction we wanted Halo to go. Instead they kept to them selves and we are getting a generic looking CoD in the future.

Its not questionable, in a few hours this forum will be even more a mess.
I’m willing to bet they’re gonna say something along the lines of “We’re not ripping of COD or chasing their tail” or “Don’t worry!!! It’s still gonna play like Halo, Hur Dur”.
I think the leaks are pretty much real. I just hope the folks over at 343i get a good slapping.

It would be one thing if it was Halo CoD, that would be very annoying but bearable. But instead we get a game that looks nothing like Halo with Elites with dunce caps and extremely cartoony grunts that don’t even look like arthropods and instead look like shaved monkeys.
This isn’t Halo CoD, It’s Call of Duty Future Warfare.

Yes there will be. The “classic” Halo isn’t going anywhere.
I hope their fake, but I don’t mind as long as it’s balanced and there’s a classic playlist.

I was leaning towards real last night, this morning i was sent the cover and All the scans. Nothing blacked out, the pages were smooth and glossy.
It is true. The user who sent them was a different one who posted the original, the magazine is will soon reach more subscribers today and monday. Solidifing the OP of the information, brace yourself friends, this is only the beginning.

I’m going to play it safe and say it’s fake. Honestly, the guy who released this “leak” could have easily been a COD troll with good Photoshop skills who had the intention of getting the Halo community all worked up. I’ll be getting my Gameinformer soon, so I’ll let everyone know if it’s all fake or not.
They are real. People have put real time videos on youtube showing the magazine.
