Well maybe, but its possible to give them a return with future warzone maps

Not true, there’s a flodd spore still alive and well on some UNSC ship I forget which. And as we’ve been told…

Would of thought the Elites would of wiped out their entire race after what they did. Considering most brutes were wiped out by the destruction of the ark.

It was the Spirit of Fire, the Ship from Halo Wars, IIRC.
And since this Flood Spore appeared in an Escalation Comic,
it’s canon, so the door is definitely open for a return.
But back to Topic, it’s almost safe to say that Brutes will appear in Halo Wars 2,
so it could be pretty possible that they’ll appear in H6, too.
I Hope so, i was reading the other day in the lore that the brutes are in the shadows waiting to retake the covenant, so it seem likely we will see the again.
I think brutes and a whole lot of new species will make an appearance in Halo 6. Simply because Cortana is affecting the entire universe with her guardians. I wanna bet on a huge intergalactic Alliance between all races that once the war is won against Cortana, there will be a Golden Age of peace.
I really hope so, they added diversity to the Covenant forces.
Considering the Brutes devolved into civil war and practically dismantled all their spacefaring craft they got from being in the Covenant…
Yeah, unless the UNSC lands on their homeworld for…some stupid trivial reason, we won’t be seeing Brutes anytime soon.

Definately would like to see the Flood return. Would be awsome for Warzone too, new AI
I’m sure they’ll be adding lots of cool stuff for warzone. But damn would I be happy to see flood and/or brutes in warzone. Instead of waiting for H6

Yes yes we all know they’re going to be in Halo Wars 2.
I’m talking about post H4, H5 timeline 
I think the brutes mite return in a future DLC, I hope

I think it’s very likely considering every Alien Race in the galaxy will have to make an alliance to defeat Cortana.
