Brute shot is back?

I found this watching one of the spatan ops videos and i was made aware that not alot of people noticed this. heres the link, its at 34 seconds and it is on the back of the guy shooting the turret. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nn89_AXCRUY

Definitely not a brute shot. Looks like an assault rifle or something and an armor ability like the jetback. Wasn’t the railgun supposed to be something like the brute shot?

That does not look like the assault rifle, and the railgun is more like the spartan laser. And the brute shot is not confirmed to not be in halo 4.

I think it’s the DMR.

Haven’t seen any Brutes so far, I doubt after the Great Schism they’d be working with Elites.

So, I can’t see many of the Brute weapons returning.

I seem to remember that, in Glasslands, there are still some Brutes working with elites. My memory is fuzzy, but weren’t Brutes transporting an Engineer to deliver to some Elites?

It is hard to see. But I don’t think either that it is a brute shot. Looks more like an AA and a normal rifle.

I like the blue grunt that is assassinated. Its armor looks nice.

looks like some oval shaped orb.
and only one spartan has it so it may be something mission related

No, the railgun is a one-shot kill power weapon. I’m certain at one point Frank said the brute shot is returning in 4.

Well unless the design of the bruteshot has been changed, thats not it.

Personally i think its the dmr or br.

I understand the point you’re trying to make but that doesn’t mean weapons used mainly by brutes won’t be in mm. If so that would mean no hammer for griffball which would mean NO griffball. I don’t think 343 would do that.

Anyway, I’m at work and didn’t watch the video. No idea what it is.
