Is it just me or is the brute chopper literally the worst vehicle in halo3?
its firepower was ok,
great for splatter kills,
but it’s health is stupid low easily blow up
It can be useful, but is often misused. For example, time and time again I see drivers trying to splatter someone. While it may be fun to do, it certainly isn’t practical when you are chasing someone who has your teams flag. You would be far better off using the guns which can be quite effective even at long distance. It is quite satisfying to spam RT on someone from at a distance, knowing full well they cannot touch you.
The prowler on the other hand, is nothing more than a gigantic paperweight.

There is this clip I have seen multiple times of a CTF match on Sandtrap, you may have seen it yourself. A blue player has the flag and carnage is erupting all around him, blues and reds dying, and there is one person in a brute chopper who, for reasons best kept to himself, is trying to splatter the guy! Every time I see the clip, I think, “Use the guns! Use the -Yoink- guns!”

Lol splatter kills are fun tho. The chopper is so hard to drive also
Kind of a little bit of both, but it’s really fun to use!
There is no poetry to a chopper in motion, it’s an inexorable machine of pure death. Choppers take less damage when ramming vehicles and other has accurate guns that deal decent damage. It comes down to how it is used. From the rear, it’s totally vulnerable. That’s how you take one out. Otherwise, small arms can’t reach the driver. Pretty nifty.
