I was wondering which leader is the best in 1v1. Since maps and opponents are selected randomly in match making (online games) one has to consider every match up on every map.
So… does Brute Chieftain have any really bad match ups (like Anders vs Brute Chieftain on Blood River or Forge against Anders on Barrens)?
I believe he is the most used leader among high level 1v1 players. Is there any reason to select some one else if one likes to win? O.o
I think BC has the best roll of the dice overall in a 1v1. No maps really screw him. And no leaders have huge advantage on him.
Unlike where PoR is useless on Barrens and Release vs UNSC
Or where Arby vs Forge/BC/PoR on chasms are impossible wins

Yes, high level. I am not high level player but my question is mentioned for high level players.
The BC is the easiest leader to get good with if you want to beat high level players. I still think Anders is as good, if not better at the highest level.
anders = brute at the highest level, maybe even anders >= brute. I’d say anders has highest skill cap, so the best anders would/should beat the best brute. but games would go like 6/10 anders 4/10 brute…

Simply, if the best Brute and best Anders players were to play eachother 10 times, I’m confident the anders player would win 70% of the time.
Brute = Less intensive micro, not as important macro, and easy to learn strats. he’s piss easy to play.
Anders = Intensive micro, super important macro, and more variety of difficult strats that require aforementioned micro. shes more difficult to play.
I play Anders because I do have the micro with her, im just not the best at putting together a quick strat. thats why im only about a 44-46 TS 1v1 player.
