There has already been many things on this, but I think it would be good, definitely shooting spike rounds
Not sure. A sniper rifle doesn’t feel so much like a Brute’s style weapon.
I could see elites or jackals using one but if it was brute it might be more towards a railgun or pneumatic since brutes love or loved to use ballistic firearms or things with spikes

Direct hit to head would cause headshot supercombine, hit elsewhere would drop shields/supercombine for unshielded foe. Potentially for a miss there’d be a small AoE/AoD from the crystal shattering?

I think maybe a gun that fires a long -Yoink- bolt that pierces and comes back through the head would be metal af

Brutes = Reavers everyone. We cracked it
The longest range, brute specific weapon I can think of is the brute shot. To me, a long range brute weapon does not fit well with the brute style. Maybe this is just my own perception, but they prefer the up-close-and-personal/in-your-face style of combat. To me, a long range kill would not be considered a worthy kill for them. They need be up close so they can scream in your face and dance on your corpse.
