So, he used the friend invite code while signed into my account and now he can’t use it on his own seperate account.
Is the code gone to the void now?
I plan on letting him just play on my PC at this point, but was very excited to play big team battle with him like the good old days.

Did Halo Waypoint Support assist you with this? I think the same may have happened on my end. They should not be redeemable to those accounts who already have access to the flight.
Nope, my ticket got closed and resolved pretty quickly.
I agree, you should not be able to redeem friend code invites on an account that is already eligble. Rip
