Ok I did a previous article explaining on how I did this achievement.
I did it both at rally point & the whole mission. Prevent 1 marine death mission 4 heroic or harder.
2 first area 4 in the next. 6 marines total without dying. I did that many times but it won’t give me the achievement.
People mistook me in the last article. I AM NOT ASKING ADVISE ON HOW TO DO THE ACHIEVEMENT!!!

I already did the objective & kept them all alive. It just won’t give me the achievement!
Does anyone els have this problem? Does it not work on coop? Do I have to do it solo?

I did it on Solo and I got it

Did it on Co-op make sure you complete the entire segment. They need to stay alive until you take Cortana out of the pedestal, after the defend the hill part.

I did. Absolutely no marine deaths. Other people have this problem too.
I just think it’s a glitched achievement for some people.

Eh, if it’s glitched then they may as well just award it to everybody. It’s really a bogus sort of achievement anyway- needing to protect friendly AI with paper-thin health that will happily dive into a grenade or Promethean at the best of times.

… Wait… do you think Natalya from Goldeneye 64 is the common ancestor to nearly all modern-day marines in Halo?

Not sure how your having issues because i did it on my second try. I sy get it least two other players to help you out with headsets and talk. My one buddy just stayed with them while we killed most of the guys. Took a few reloads but we did it

I did 2 player & 3 player coop on separate occasions. We all did it multiple times.

You have to prevent all deaths, not just one

What part of me saying absolutely no marine deaths didn’t you underhand? Of course you can’t let any marines die. It says prevent 1/any marine deaths. That means you can’t let not even 1 die.
Read carefully.
