2022 no re join

Smite , lol , fort nite , apex all of them in rank have re join for when the game crashes or what ever like come on !!! No more excuse it make it happen ! Is unaceptable holy god

Definitely need a rejoin option.

And the game should give them a chance. You could make both teams 3v3 (have the oppositions extra player rotate off the bench with each death) while you wait. Or if you keep going at 3v4 at least take the power weapons and equipment off the field.

Pair this with “only be able to join the match you left until it’s over” with some other features and you eliminated the quitting/afk problem almost entirely.

Or stick to the ban system and change exactly nothing…

I believe 343i said they didn’t know if rejoining to a match was possible. The ridiculous part is that you can actually rejoin these lobbies still if you just search for a game.

Something like a rejoin option is just expected, especially for ranked games. The fact that 343i don’t even know if they could add such a feature is pretty concerning for the future of the game.

343 is a joke how can a bttleroyal like apex has one and has more than 8 players ?

And even smite is a same format as halo instead of being a 4v4 is a 5v5 so i dont understand there excuse for not having one they are just lazy

Like come on man is 2022 and every esport game has one for there rank play list …

Yeah people have been asking for this during Halo 5. Heck, people been asking for this before Halo 5. It’s a joke that a today’s day is we can’t do that.

Rejoin exists in casual when playing with friends, I’m not sure why 343 would assume it isn’t possible for ranked.

They should be no penalty for leaving ranked matches if you rejoin within a minute of leaving. That way people that get kicked for a reason out of their control don’t get punished if they try and join again.

Simple.

Not even a game dev.
