I never spent time buying just bronze packs, because I heard about the bronze, to silver, to gold method after is already spent lots of reqs on solvers and golds. Here’s my question…
Once silvers start refunding me points, if I go to buying gold packs will I get common stuff? Is there anything that bronze packs will give you that silvers won’t, but gold’s will? Hope my question makes sense
Honestly there’s no real point to buying bronze packs since silvers give you common-rare items, but once you start getting points for silvers that means you’ve gotten everything for bronze as well. So from now on gold packs will only give you ultra rare & legendary items.
I think you can only get the Nadir emblem from bronze packs i think not sure its the only rare item unlocked through bronze packs
Nope, gold do not contain any common garbage.

Additionally, you can only get mongoose certifications from bronze packs.
Yes they’re common, and as such the certifications should be available in silvers, but they’re not (though you will still get the occasional one-offs without the certs). Mongoose certs are bronze only.

Not really, I have never bought a bronze pack. I am 100% except for a couple of common req’s like mongooses. I have gotten common certs in my daily win packs.

Yeah I had to buy some bronze packs to get a few remainders too, but as a general rule of thumb silvers are way better at getting reqs, even if you don’t get something useless from them like a mongoose or emblem. All OP needs to know is that he can move on to gold packs since he’s done with silver and doesn’t even need to worry about bronze since gold packs don’t even give common reqs.

And there pretty good for getting railguns cheap bronze are better than a lot of people give them credit

True. They’re definitely good for restocking low level REQs (I’m on gold now, so I need to buy a few bronze sometime soon to restock my carbines).
But as far as those looking for the best path to perm unlocks… bronze is a bust.
I’ve had this issue too. I started off opening bronze packs. I just recently started getting REQ points back from silvers even though I still have rare emblems to unlock. Why is this happening? Otherwise I have ever rare helmet, armor, visor, loadout, weapon skin, warzone weapons, warzone vechicles, and warzone powerups. I started opening a few gold packs, but with the new update around the corner I figured it would just be best to save up for the new commons-rares.

It’s happening because there are some emblems that can only be earned through completing commendations. And for some unknown reason they’re categorized as “rare”

And considering bronze packs have a 70%-80% drop rate, you’re much more likely to get more than two unlocks from 4 bronze packs than from one silver pack. Which has a whopping 0% chance of granting more than two unlocks.
Silver-> gold works too but I bronze takes no effort so might as well.

Nadir emblem was the last thing i unlocked from bronze i don’t know if thats how still how it is though

the majority of emblems are commendation locked.
