I’ve stopped buying bronze packs because I stopped getting certifications and armor and such. But I noticed on waypoint I still have common items to be unlocked. So should I go back to buying bronze packs?
I would continue to silver. If you have a few common left, you will unlock them through silver while having better change at getting rare item
I’ve unlocked most commons through Bronze, I then moved onto Silver where I have got a Common item once. I think there are a small amount of Commons unlocked via Silver packs despite the description.
keep buying bronze until you get a 500RP card. it’ll give you one when you can no longer unlock anything in bronze.
It might be time to move onto Silver packs.

I personally too would move onto silver packs just because you’d get those commons out of the way faster, and get more gear overall. It just seems to make the most sense.

It’s just a little frustrating when you don’t unlock anything permanent.
To get an unlock from a bronze package, It’s been tested to be anywhere from 60% - 80% (out of 10 packs) of getting a common unlock

I’ve read that thread where a bunch of people all tested it, but my success with bronze is closer to 30% - and I still have dozens of common items left to unlock. I think I’m just an unlucky dude 
I’ve only been buying gold. Maybe I should be rethinking this strategy.
I’ve been sticking w/ gold too so maybe I’ll mix it up next time.

I’m having the same issue right now, I think the best option is to switch to silver packs. I still have a lot of common items left but i seem to be getting a lot more using silver than bronze now.

Yeah I had been doing mostly silver, and went to bronze when I heard it was such a high chance at unlocks. Based on how it’s going I think I’ll be switching back to silver real soon.

Buying nothing but Gold is the most inefficient path to unlocking everything.

I only tried bronze once by opening 10x packs. I got a results of 20% xD … First 2x packs I got a perm unlock I was like why didn’t I did bronze first to get the common out of the way?! And then I got nothing in the next 8x packs loll. Screw that I’m going to stick with silver
So I shouldn’t be buying just Gold? Can’t you get common/uncommon from Gold, I always seem to get those from it anyways…

Gold is only from uncommon to legendary! The reason to go with gold first is to get all the uncommon/rare out of the way

I switched to all bronze for a while, and now that I have about 20 commons left, the bronze perms have gone way down to the point I opened 6 or 7 and got nothing. So it became cheaper to spend 5k on 2 perms (common or better) than 4 attempts at 1 common.
