Hey what should I do about my broken limited edition case? My halo 5 copy just came in today and when I unboxed everything and took everything out of its packaging I noticed that a piece of plastic from the case was chipped off and it feels REALLY friggin cheap; it doesn’t even make a clicking sound when I try closing it 
I don’t know if this is in the design of the steel case because it feels really low quality. I’ve been a long time halo fan now and when I got the halo 2 limited edition I found it to be more firm and just overall beautiful. What should I do? someone please help me. Who do I contact? Halo 5 is my first physical xbox one game copy so I have no other cases and I really want a working case with flawless craftsmanship. Thanks
