So we all know how buggy the requisition menu can be but my internet takes it to the next level. Let me begin I was saving up for a gold pack. I finally got the points needed I go into the menu at was I and buy it. Shortly after a pop up came on screen saying that there was an error in the purchase so I just backed out I noticed how my req points were gone so I went into open packs and there it I go to open it. Doesn’t work try it again still not working all of a sudden the game crashes what’s new. Then I load it up again and my pack is gone I check my collections to see if anything was added. No sign of certifications or new armour. Is there a solution or did 10,000 req points go to waste
Hey OP don’t worry you will still have gotten your items. In cases like this you simply skip the opening animation if the pack and the items get dropped into your inventory. Currently there is no was to see the contents of the pack, but if you’re tracking your REQs in any way you can check your inventory to see. You’ll need to do a hard rest of your X1 console to see them in game or you can also check your inventory here on Waypoint via your Service record
