I was opening a gold req pack and it was taking forever. It then said error try again by going to open packs and opening it through there. I tried but of course that didn’t work as this has happened to me numerous times. I then restart the game knowing that I wasted 10,000 req points and got nothing, I have a clip, so it would make my day better if I could get the gold pack back.
Hey OP, this issue can happen from time to time but you will still get your items. In these cases you skip the opening animation of the REQ pack but the items still get delivered to your REQ inventory. You can hard reset your console or check your inventory here on Waypoint
i bought a £16 req bundle and it game me 9 req packs but when i went to open them one just vanished and i didnt get anything from it im not sure what happened the other 8 opened fine
That last pack will have opened, you’ll just have skipped the opening animation. Any items from it will automatically be added to your REQ inventory
