Ive opened 2 Gold packs and a Rank up pack today. All have bugged out saying unable to open, then when I click again in the menu it says already opened… i got nothing from them and im out 20K REQ…
Its there in your req pool. Just that it never showed whatcha got
I checked all my per REQs and theres nothing new, even reset xbox to make sure.
Could be related, XBL has been very laggy for me the last few hours and loading REQs in the same fashion. Give it some time and any missing REQs will subtly be added to your pool
I not asking for refund just making it aware that theres a problem.

That’s ok. I bought $20 worth of gold packs and one of them had no permanents or req points and have me a bunch of Commons. I reported it and everything and 343 didn’t care that I just had my money stolen. Don’t worry. They don’t care about you.
