I payed $25 for a broken req and that’s just one of the reasons req shouldn’t exist, but to the point xbox support couldn’t even fix it and after 2 weeks of different teams working on it. The ranger team is working on it now but they also suggested I contact you guys. In case they can’t fix it. I’ve invested so much time and money in halo just to feel like I’m not valued as a customer by 343i. I have every halo disk ever released and it’s just really upsetting to pay for something and then not get it have to go though all of this get treated like a second priority strung along forever and then still not get it. I just want the armor and helmet I payed for.
