I’m writing this in hopes to get help as I’ve been on hold with support for over 20 hours and to see if anyone else has this issue. I would say about 50% of the time I load into any match ranked or unranked it will not allow me to play the match. It simply loads in and it glitched or stuck on the landscape of the map and won’t let me move my spartan or anything it happened to me serval times. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and verified the game files still nothing helps. I know it’s about to happen when it asks me to log in after a match has already loaded. I’m not going to lie I’m very angry as I was once Onyx but because of this broken glitchy game Im back down to diamond 4. I want my rank back and for this sorry game to be fixed
