Have you tried loading another game up then going bk to halo? It seemed to work for me when i wasnt finding matches.
make sure in the right column when searching for a lobby it says: In Lobby…
normally this will get you into lobbies faster but if it doesnt say it just reset the game and try again. also try different game types some game types are harder to find then others at the moment
