Yesterday evening I experienced something very strange. I joined an ongoing match of Flood, but once me and my friend spawned (same XBox), we appeared to have Assault Rifles, we did not appear on the scoreboard and neither of us had a team. Everyone was considered hostile. After the round was over, everything went back to normal.
I suppose this is quite a big glitch, so I saved the file in my File Share: File Share Link
Anyone had this happening?
Definitely had this happen to me. I spawned with a DMR (ikr?) and survivors were hostile and flood were friendly, yet survivors couldn’t kill me, I couldn’t kill them, and I could kill the flood. I even pressed the back button to see the roster and I wasn’t even on it. It was so freaking weird and I felt like a -Yoink- killing flood with a DMR so I waited for the next round to start and voila, back to normal.
I’ve also noticed that some people can be flood but they appear as their spartans holding an invisible energy sword.
Desperately a gametype that needs to be fixed.

This is quite a common bug and I think 343 are aware of it. Such things should be reported in the following topic:
I believe this bug has already been posted in there though.
