I bought a greatest hits customizations req pack and got a full set of helioskrill bloodgorger, the terminal velocity assassination and a few other things I could not care less about. I got all of this but when I got onto halo 5 (I had opened the pack on halo waypoint) and none of the stuff was there and neither was my 10 bucks. :[
Try doing a hard reset of your console OP - close all your apps then hold the power until the machine fully turns off. Once it’s off, unplug your power cable and leave it out for 10 or 15 secs and then switch everything back on. The items should be in your inventory as soon as you boot up the game
I tried this but it still didn’t work what should I do?
Don’t know what else to say OP. If you are 100% confident that those items showed up when you opened your pack, they they will be in your REQ inventory. You can also check here on Waypoint:
