BROKEN GAME DEVS JUST IGNORE CALLS FOR HELP

Whenever i try to play multiplayer it doesn’t work I’ve scoured the internet looking for help read countless forum threads with not an ounce of help from any members of 343 staff. I fail to connect to friends and friends can’t connect to me. Also when I go to settings >Network under xbox live where it should say server pings it says unavailable. I have been able to connect to a friend on one occasion and it was late at night around 12am gmt all I want to do i play the coop campaign I played growing up!

A few things to try:

  • Connect your Xbox to a WiFi hotspot on a cellular phone. This will rule out your Router, Modem, and Internet Service Provider. - Have your friend connect their Xbox to a WiFi hotspot on a cellular phone. This will rule out your friends Router, Modem, and Internet Service Provider. - Connect both you and your friend’s Xbox to a WiFi hotspot. - Perform a full restart of your Xbox (Guide button -> Settings gear -> “Restart console”) then check to see if things are improved.

I’m also facing the same issue and have had no resolve.
