Broken emblem colors any one?

So I was playing halo 5 a few months ago when all of a sudden my emblem colors stopped working. It would no longer let me change them. I tried getting my account on another Xbox but that still didn’t help. Does any one else have this problem or know a way to fix it please help. I am stuck with Red, White, and Green and it doesn’t look good. Skylord 636

Try doing a hard reset of your Xbox or unplugging it for 30 seconds before plugging it back in, or resetting your internet router.

I have the same problem and the hard reset did not work, any suggestions?

Thank you for the suggestion but that did not work.

Go into the screen where changing colors SHOULD occur and start mashing all your buttons. I feel like the UI works but doesn’t display and this, somehow, fixes the issue.
