Broken CSR?

I know there’s a 1 game delay for the CSR but have a look.

I did amazing this game in multi team and went up to a 24

I’m a 24 during this swat game and place 1st in multi team.

Next game I placed 1st again and went down from a 24 to a 18?

Anybody care to explain how I went by 6 from winning 3 games in a row placing 1st the whole time?

Is there an actual explanation to this? It seems to me this game just rolls a dice just to see if you go up or down in CSR after each game.
