My all time top CSR for Halo 5 is broken and has been since the pre-season. I posted about this 4 months ago but have been ignored, and Microsoft support have recommended I post a new thread as a last resort. There have been multiple seasons, including the pre-season itself, where I’ve exceeded what is shown as my all time top CSR, yet it hasn’t updated; I’m not the only person with this issue. Assistance or at least some kind of acknowledgement would be nice.

As of today I’ve now lost my all time top csr completely. I then played a game of swat and diamond 4 (my swat rank) became my all time highest.
