Silent Cartographer and assault on the control room didnt unlock for me. I just beat the game too
The Achievements are sometimes delayed, i had to turn off and take out the HALO MCC disc, then some achievements started unlocking.

Don’t get your hopes up on them popping soon, mine have been stuck since launch, and redoing them didn’t work.
