So I was playing Ep 2 Chapter 5 and at the final extraction i fired an Incineration Cannon to murder myself. Inadvertantly, I murdered some of the NPC’s that spawned, which were somehow killed with the AoE explosion. The voiceover played, but the screen didn’t change and the game didn’t finish.
So don’t do that. :\
