Anyone else feel disappointed with sniping on this game?

I miss seeing the headshot medal pop up, I miss seeing the crisp double kill medal when you have a clutch snipe. I miss hitting that shot whilst being shot at. I miss getting that sniper spree medal. On top of it all I miss seeing players do back flips :).

None of this happens in halo 4, pleeeeeeeeease bring them back, the game is so dull at the moment and probably a main reason why the snipers playlist is so dead.

I don’t understand why the headshot snipe medal was taken out. It was one of the most satisfying medal to get in previous games. I miss it too. I mean, now you get medals for everything (a medal for calling in Ordnance… come on…) and some of the cooler ones just disappeared, like headshot snipe, sniper spree, perfection medal…

Bring it back? Dude! There is tons of sniping in these forums…

OT: I’m bad at sniping but, hats of to those who are good at it!

Completely agree. It boggles my mind why the sniper headshot medal was taken out…like what was the point.

These guys have been working on a lot of stuff recently, hopefully with the new TU there will also bring back some of those medals. I do really miss the headshot in snipers. Also I’d really love to see the automatic scope-out when getting shot.

The #1 most annoying thing about sniping I think is that there’s no de-scope on being hit, recoil is just annoying and it’s so much more fun to make a comeback after being de-scoped.

Sniping Elites still feels the same but sniping Knights feels so lame.

It’s really hard to get a headshot on a Knight with the sniper. :confused: The sniper is nearly irrelevant when engaging them. The BiRi isn’t the same since 1 hit anywhere after taking down their shield kills them.
