343 please put party matchmaking back in halo. It’s a crutial part of what makes halo competitive. For those that don’t know halo 2/3 had party matchmaking but it was taken out ever since halo reach.
Party matchmaking is where if I’m in a party with 3 friends searching arena, then I can only find a game with 4 people searching together as well. Right now halo 5 doesn’t have this so you can search solo in arena and find a full party of 4 people searching together and already be at a disadvantage before the game even starts. Party matchmaking makes it so you can only find other people searching solo or in 2s. Here’s how it works:
Searching solo or party of 2: you can only find 4 other players who are searching solo or in a party of 2.
Searching in a party of 3: you can only find a teammate searching solo and you can only find another party of 3 on the other team and a solo teammate for them.
Searching in a party of 4: you can only find a game by finding another party of 4 searching together.
please if anyone wants this to return to halo please give my post a thumbs up and write a comment saying you agree! Let’s let 343 know that we want this back and want the game to be as COMPETITIVE and FAIR as possible.
Agreed to this. Should be the exact same for doubles as well. If you join solo, everyone should b lone wolves.

It helps, but there’s no way it can beat a group of FRIENDS that all communicate, are used to communicating, and already know their teammates tendencies in game to work that much tighter together.
But I mean hey, keep trying to tell this to the screaming 12 year olds on live, or idiot adults with massive background noise, music, and crying babies in the background.

I hope you realize that most teams in arena are made up of guys who invited random people either out of matchmaking, or on LFG.
I don’t know what you mean, I rarely ever meet these types of people but then again, if you stay in a party by yourself you could only guess am I right?

Teammates don’t always communicate, plus what if they don’t have mics and you find a party of 4 that all have mics? Still disadvantage
